SDO Ligao City Conducts Recruitment and Selection for Newly Allocated Project Development Officer I Positions
The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Ligao City has commenced the recruitment and selection process for six (6) newly allocated Project Development Officer I positions. Following the receipt of the Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA) from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), the Division Office promptly issued a memorandum calling for the submission of applications from qualified and interested applicants.
As part of the merit-based selection process, a series of assessment activities were conducted from July 21 to 31, 2026. These included the evaluation of application documents, Behavioral Events Interview (BEI), skills testing, and written examination. The activities aimed to ensure the selection of competent and qualified candidates who possess the necessary competencies and qualifications for the position.
The recruitment initiative forms part of the Department's continuing efforts to strengthen school and office operations through the provision of adequate administrative support personnel across the division.
