When bullying threatens a learner's well-being, resilience becomes their shield.

With the growing number of school-related incidents affecting learners today, the need to strengthen anti-bullying efforts in our schools has become even more important. The BILIB GTS Program of Region V comes at a crucial time, supporting schools in creating learning environments where learners feel safe, respected, and valued.

As part of the program, the Schools Division Office of Ligao City is conducting a series of school caravans in secondary schools. During the initial rollout, the Pandora's Box of Resiliency was distributed to some secondary schools. More than just a box, it serves as a safe avenue where learners can freely express their thoughts, concerns, experiences, and challenges—allowing schools to better understand and respond to their needs. The distribution of the remaining boxes to other secondary schools will follow after the conduct of the school caravans in their respective schools
